Conclusion
Continuous delivery is a mindset that drives us to deliver value as continuously as possible. Of course, that's easy to say, but kind of hard to get right. So many things to consider and deal with. Of course, there are the technical details that we will get to soon enough, but the cultural implications of all this are vast, and the work that we do now will last longer if we maintain a healthy, continuously improving trajectory. When we combine the power of metrics with communication that empathizes with what drives people in different areas of the business, we can transform the culture around us into something that pushes us towards true north instead of us pulling and dragging culture. Sounds nice, right? Stay tuned. There's more to come.
