- [Instructor] Sometimes it may feel extremely difficult to get someone to write a review even if they have told you they would and even if they are someone who always verbally praises you. The main disconnect on why people aren't writing reviews is because it's really not convenient. Believe it or not, most people don't know how to access the place where you want them to write a review, and the act of trying to figure it out seems too daunting and time consuming. So they end up putting it off or putting it on the back burner. This is why it's important for you to make it as easy as possible for someone to write you a review. I've had many clients come to me and say that they have their own clients raving about them and telling them that they'll write a review yet they don't know how to do it or they couldn't find the correct link.
