As it pertains to social media, those at the top of your funnel can be broken down into your overall reach, your engagement, and your traffic. Your reach, also known as impressions, is a number of people who come across your social posts. This could be someone who sees your content in their feed but may not necessarily click and watch your video or engage with your post in any way. Those who engage with your posts on social media are those who see your posts and click.
