What are visualization tools?
- [Instructor] The term visualization is wide ranging and refers to techniques for creating images, diagrams, animations or really anything graphically to communicate a message. A sketch of your building is a visualization. You are communicating something visually. Visualization tools for the purpose of this course are the software and hardware solutions that support visual communication. This can range from graphic overrides, and design software to static renderings power BI interactive charts and graphics, to virtual, mixed, and augmented reality applications. It's not hard to understand why a designer would use these tools. They need to convey their vision of a building or a solution of a system to their client before actually constructed.
