- I want to dig a little bit deeper into the cognitive distortion piece. You said, "I don't think that's a great way "that you articulated it," almost like a piece of computer programming. You know, if this then that. It's sort of like you have ascribed meaning to something which could be, you know, wildly erroneous. So can you maybe first give us a couple examples of these common cognitive distortions folks have in a professional context. And then secondly, tell us how do we gain that awareness? Like, this is what's going on in our background. - Yeah, I think a common one I see in professionals is a fear of a networking event. And so if I go here, people are going to think that I just want to sell whatever it is that you do. So maybe say you are an insurance agent and your company has you go to this networking event.
