- I'm willing to bet that developing closer working relationships with your younger manager and your younger colleagues will open up a renewed sense of your own meaning and purpose around your work. Regardless of age, if we've been doing the same thing over and over or working in the same job or with the same people year after year, things usually get at least a little bit stale.
