(lively music) (bell chiming) (graphics whooshing) - Thank you for joining us in this episode. I'm your host Lauren Deal and with me is Robin Abernathy. And in this section we've continued our conversation about schedules, but I really would love to see the sequencing that goes into a schedule. And I'm thinking it probably starts with the activity level. - Yes. It doesn't start at the activity level. Now, once a project manager knows that the activities that must be completed based on that WBS and some of the work they've done, it is time to figure out the dependencies and the relationships between the activities. Now you may get a little confused with these. Some project managers don't really divide these up in this manner. That's okay, for the CompTIA exam, there is a difference between dependencies and relationships…
