This content for the Components of Effective Learning was a great beginning to introducing the world of e-learning for me. As a current instructional assistant with a bachelors and masters degree (still deciding if I want to continue to become a teacher or do something else) these videos were really promising and I was able to make connections from what the instructor was presenting in this course to what I see currently in education.
