I'm going to right click and disable this one and collapse it and right click and re-enable this one to demonstrate. If I collapse my CRM steps down, this block in and of itself isn't very intimidating. However, when you click to expand the CRM steps, now you've got this mile long list of activities and you don't easily get a sense for major steps within a process. So of course, in order to solve that problem, we can simply do some grouping. If I click on activities and drag a sequence in here and let go, I can double click and rename this one as sign in and I can control click on each of these sign in related activities and click and drag them into sign in and let go. And now we see that inside the sign in sequence, I have the 1, 2, 3, 4 related sign in activities. And now I can collapse that down and we see sign in as a single unit.
