- [Instructor] Next up, the Sustainability Pillar. Sustainability meaning, let's not waste anything. Resources are precious, let's try to ensure we're always being economical. The use case from this particular company is going to be a use case over time. They want to consider the connection locations for their end users. Are there local locations that don't use as many resources that a global resource might use? Can we locate the resources being used for the application locally? Can we keep track of the amount of resources used, particularly storage? Are we using the right storage location? Onto the questions. The first question we're going to take a look at is, how do you select an AWS region? Now, you may think, "Well, I'm in Northern Virginia, that's the region I'm going to work in."
