Utilizing and editing compliance policies
- [Instructor] I've previously created a classifier, but I'd like to test it out just to make sure it works. So I'm going to click on Classifier and choose Sensitive info types. Now, within Sensitive info types, I'm going to scroll down to a sensitive type called sensitive1. And when I click on that, I can see if there's going to be any matched items that go along with it. If it finds any, it will show them here. And here you can see that there was one sensitive type and it had to do with the Austria tax identification. Something I'm not too concerned about, but good to know that it's working. Another way we can check to see if it's working by clicking on the test button. Now, the test button allows us to use any one of the keywords, and I use social security as an example, to allow me to upload a file. So I'm going to upload my social security number. Now, it's not my actual social security number, but it's just to show you how this works. So I'll click on Test and it will test to see if it's going to trigger something from that policy. And here you can see it did just that. Here is the sensitive1 keyword list, both low, medium, and high, meaning that any one of those is going to trigger an alert. It'll show up as a report that I'll have to then mitigate. So the test does work. Go ahead and create a sensitive info type of your own and test it out to make sure it's going to work to capture those sensitive keywords that may come out of many of your different applications.
