- [Instructor] Within your file plans, you may notice that there is a label that may not have been published yet. Here you can see review for disposition is inactive, so we can go ahead and choose to publish that one and make it active if we like. So we can check the box and choose to edit the label, and just see if we have everything set exactly the way we want. So we've got a reference ID, business function, authority type, all the different things that were previously set up. Let's say I don't want it to go for seven years, I want it to go for five years instead. Click next, next. Some of these options you're going to see grayed out so you're not going to be able to make changes to those, but others you will be able to do that. Here are my two reviewers, admin and myself. I'm going to leave that the way it is, click next, and then choose to edit the label-- and it's been updated. Now I can go ahead and publish it and make it active.
