- One key function for you is going to be coming up with a go live plan. So maybe you've briefed the leaders on Copilot For Security, you got your team together and you're like, "All right, I'm ready to do this. Let's turn on Copilot For Security. Some steps you're going to want to do is first, have your team identified. This means having your executive sponsor identified. This will be people that are going to have the money conversation, talking about the value to make sure you get the proper investments, understand your use cases, understand the people involved with the use cases, the technology involved with the use cases, and most importantly, what is the ROI. Other things to think about is are you going to be working with a managed service provider and did you have a conversation with them? Do they use Copilot For Security? Do they already have use cases that you potentially can benefit from? Also looking at your use cases and thinking about, well, what else has been done already…
