6.1 Introduction to immersive experience
- [Instructor] In this lesson, we're now going to look at the standalone or immersive experience. What we're talking about is going beyond one tool. So as a reminder, when you turn on Copilot for Security, you get both experiences, meaning in, when I say embedded, I'm talking about Microsoft tools having AI capabilities unlocked or now available for you, but I'm also talking about having a standalone or immersive, but one place you can go to to reason across Microsoft Tools, non-Microsoft tools, threat intelligence feeds, pretty much anything that there is a plug-in to reason against, which we'll be covering plug-ins shortly. Now, there may be situations where you can get the work done in the same tool, like you can be in a Microsoft tool, using the embedded experience, and doing your analysis, however, you may want to check other sources. By doing so, that allows you to basically do a full SOC investigation, whether it's an analysis, an incident response, threat hunt, and so forth…
