- [Instructor] So let's review the common issues you might encounter when troubleshooting SharePoint. A user might be attempting to access SharePoint from an unmanaged device. The network configuration of the user device doesn't correspond with the setting. So for example, they're attempting to connect from an unsupported network IP range, or they may have general connectivity problems. It's important clients are using modern authentication, so any legacy devices might be using an unsupported, old type of authentication, in which case, that would be a problem. Conditional access policies may be interfering with an ability for a user to connect. Multifactor authentication may be required in the conditional access policy. Again, that shouldn't be a problem these days. That's something that pretty much everybody's using and it's turned on by default. So, you'd have to go somewhat out of your way to have that problem.…
