- Okay, so there are many kinds of meetings that you might have with executives but there are two in particular that we're going to focus on and you may have experienced these. The first is providing an update on an initiative to talk about how it's going and the second is to propose an idea to get support for it. And so, we're going to break each of these down and learn some frameworks to how you can be successful in these conversations. Now, let's get back into the executive shoes. We're jumping between meetings. We're about to get an update on an initiative that perhaps we don't have a lot of information about and perhaps we don't even know how it fits into the broader strategy. So, you can ask yourself what questions do you need to answer very early in the meeting to make sure that the executive can then participate well?
