So far we've been doing some fine customization of libraries. So why would we choose to customize in Teams or in SharePoint? The biggest reason is what is available for us to customize in Teams vs SharePoint. We already know how to add a column, and we can add a column directly to the document library itself from either Teams or SharePoint. We can sort and filter view from either Teams or SharePoint. It's the same process.: click the column header. But once we move into more advanced features like changing the current view, we can fire that up from Teams, but we'll promptly be taken to SharePoint, and we can call that feature from SharePoint. If we want to modify versioning, for example, to include minor version numbers as well as major version numbers. At this time we have to do that in SharePoint, creating a dynamic view which is so relentlessly useful.
