Application integrity issues have the potential to devastatingly affect companies in the financial services industry. This is because in the world of finance, even one digit or decimal point can make a huge difference. While a web application firewall can protect against common attacks coming from the internet. This may not help us identify attacks to do with application integrity issues. Error monitoring helps protect the integrity of data in motion by identifying application integrity issues such as currency rounding, a common fintech vulnerability.
