Secure data center logical design

Secure data center logical design

Let's explore Secure Datacenter Logical Design. Several components here. So obviously, we have our networking component, and this is going to be 10 or 100 gigabit per second. We have our storage component, and that's going to be our storage area networking, which is a separate logical design. But remember, this is part of the datacenter, so storage, storage area networking. We have the security component, and that'll be with software-defined networking, or what we call Zero Trust. So our security is software-defined networking, or from a Cisco standpoint, we would call that ACI, application-centric infrastructure. Then we have our management component, which we're going to expand on here in a second. So of course, we've got our physical hardware in our datacenter. So we have the physical layer. The physical hardware, we're going to have clusters of hypervisors. So I'll just put hyper. Our hypervisors, our KVM, our OVM, our Hyper-V hypervisors. Then of course, part of that…
