Okay, before we jump into our software development life cycles, I want to reiterate the fact that on this CCSP exam, by no means do you have to be a programmer or a developer, somebody who's deeply involved in, you know, developing containerized applications and microservices, all those wonderful things. This is not a program or exam. You need to have a security manager hat. And in this particular lesson, we're going to familiarize ourselves, if you're not familiar, with different software development life cycles. And then we'll talk about, you know, regardless of the life cycle, what are our goals, okay? So traditionally, the suboptimal life cycle that some organizations are still using today would be the waterfall method, okay? So this basically has like seven different steps, maybe seven or eight, and the output of one phase is the input into the next phase. Don't want to go too far here, one, two, three.
