How about another web safari? We know that Compute is one of the core services of cloud service providers. So in this little web safari, let's go look at Amazon Web Services and get a survey of their Compute offerings. So I'm up here at AWS, and you can see under the Compute category, they're in alphabetical order. So first we have the AWS AppRunner, where you build and run production web applications at scale. You have an automated batch service, fully managed batch processing. Obviously, you're going to be using massive compute resources, various processors and RAM memory. We'll look at the EC2 here in a moment. This is the Elastic Compute Cloud, or their main service to spin up instances of Windows, various versions of Mac OS, and a variety of Linux builds as well. They have an EC2 image builder. This is a managed service to automate deploying operating system images.
