Designing for secuirty

Designing for secuirty

- Security is systemic to everything that we do in creating and deploying a cloud computing solution. Thus, the requirements regarding what security approaches and technology to leverage should be considered in the narrow. That means how specific applications and data stores need to be secured, as well as the why all of these cloud-based systems and resources work together to maintain holistic security. While there are many ways to evaluate the attributes of cloud-based security, generally, we need to consider the following. Various security solutions are needed, such as identity and access management, or IAM, encryption, multifactor authentication, and other forms of security. Disaster recovery are how the security systems can resolve outages effectively. Application interfaces are how the application should leverage the security platform. Management, or how the security platform should be monitored and managed. And finally, special consideration, considering that security…
