- [Instructor] We established the need to plan for how the systems you're architecting will operate longer term. Now, let's talk about the means to do this by considering operational issues, such as CloudOps, or cloud operations, or how you'll operate the cloud systems holistically; SecOps, or security operations, or how you will operate your security systems; DataOps, or data operations; AppOps, or application operations. You'll find that each has a set of processes and procedures that are leveraged as best practices. For example, leveraging AIOps, AI-assisted operations tooling to automate most aspects of CloudOps, such as finding and fixing I/O problem errors on a storage device automatically. AIOps tools are any tool that is leveraged for cloud operations, such as monitoring and online retail sales system, which exists in a public cloud, including the customer interface, the application, and the data storage system.
