This lesson is going to cover different writing, spreadsheet, and slideshow applications that you want to become familiar with. Now Microsoft Office has the most common one that we're all familiar with, which is things like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and then when we talk about those, Word would be your document writing, where you're going to write a Word document you've probably heard. That is a text document that you're going to type up, and you can edit, you can make it look like a newspaper. There's a lot of different things you can do with it. Microsoft Excel is more of a spreadsheet type of calculatory software where you can use it for keeping track of budgets and running pivot tables and looking through copious amounts of data, and everything is stored in a cell in an XY axis, and you can do calculations and a whole bunch of good different stuff.
