Welcome to Module 1, Cloud Virtualization and Productivity Essentials. This module is going to cover two different lessons. One is going to be around cloud products as far as cloud storage, cloud applications, and then something called virtualization. Virtualization is where you might have a software version of a hardware appliance, like a server we're running virtually within another server. These are some really cool techniques that we have. We can do the same thing with routing and switching devices as well these days. So we'll cover what all that means. Then we're going to talk about productivity applications that might be important or relevant to a business such as Microsoft Office 365, Webex from a communications perspective. We'll dive into this to make sure that you understand how to tackle what these productivity applications are and how to talk to your customers about them to make sure that you can help them with their issues should they have any. All right, let's begin.
