They're using things like e-mail, chat, file-sharing applications, things like collaboration tools so they can do video conferencing with each other, text, whiteboarding, they're writing documents, They're creating spreadsheets. They're even making slideshows. So it's important to understand what applications that the customers use to make sure they can get their work done and their business done. Because that's really the ultimate value to the business is that making sure that the folks who are using these applications are indeed productive. Let's dive in.
