In this lesson, we're going to talk about e-mail, chat, and file sharing applications. Now what I will tell you for the next couple lessons that a lot of these applications that we're going to talk about will do many, many, many different things. So I'm going to try to keep them separated in the sense of just covering each one of of these technologies, and then you'll see them repeat in a couple other lessons because each one of these can have its own suite of slides because there's so many different things you can do with them. So let's talk about the first one. Cisco WebEx is a program that allows you to do a whole myriad of different things. You can integrate it with e-mail where you can send invites to web-based meetings, or WebExes, is what we call them, is a one-to-many or one-on-one or one-to-one video chat.
