This is going to be an exciting module. We are going to learn about building agents, which are one of the most interesting use cases of language models. However, as exciting as agents are, we really have our work cut out for us. You see, the field of agents is still being explored. There are a variety of different open questions about absolutely foundational aspects of agents. For example, there isn't even a single agreed upon definition of what an agent is. So with this difficulty in mind, let me show you how we are going to cover agents inside this module. Here's our plan. We are going to kick off this section by examining two agents that have been authored and released by Anthropic. They are Cloud Code and Computer Use. If we can understand how these agents were designed and how they work, we can extract some insight into what agents really are and what makes an effective agent.
