Day 6: Schedule an automated task

- Welcome back to day six of the seven day Claude Cowork challenge. Today's task might be one of the most helpful tasks that you end up learning how to do in this entire challenge. Today's challenge will require you to schedule an automated task in the Claude Cowork interface. Before we jump into that, a couple of things. There are three primary qualifications that I use to determine whether or not a task is worth automating. The first, is it repetitive? Is it something that I can easily schedule or initiate with a triggering event? Two, it has a consistent input and a repeatable output over and over again I can expect if I give it this, I'll get this on the other side. And three, it doesn't require real time judgment calls that only I can make. So I'm gonna give you a brief orientation to how the automation interface works.
