Day 2: Build a Claude Cowork instruction manual

- Welcome back to Day 2 of the 7 Day Claude Cowork Challenge. Today, what we're gonna be doing is creating an .md file for Claude Cowork to understand exactly who we are and what we're about. .md stands for Markdown, and this is a plain text document that doesn't require any technical know-how to set up. Once Claude has these instructions, it's able to understand who you are, what you're working on, and how you like to work. So, what I've done here is provided a simple fill in the blank template for you to copy and paste the answers in to Claude Cowork. Let's see that right now. I created a Claude Cowork profile template for you to easily define what your professional goals are, some tasks that you do, the preferred tone you like to communicate with, and a little additional context for Claude.
