Configuration template fundamentals
Now, when we talk about keeping your network objects the same or consistent, there's a couple of different options you have. Now this is pretty straightforward to do manually if you have two, three, four, five networks, but it becomes a little more of a challenge if you have 10, 15, 20, or hundreds of them. Now as far as how you can keep them standardized, you could use things like programming scripts through the APIs, which is really powerful. You can also, if you remember, when you actually create a brand new network, you can make a brand new template which has no settings, or you can make a copy of it. At that point, you'll have a exact copy of all the group policy objects, any of your SD-WAN settings, SSIDs, etc. But if you go make a change in one network, it doesn't propagate to other networks.
