- [Instructor] ChatGPT appears deceptively simple. There's just this simple page with a prompt bar that looks like a search bar. How hard can it be? That's the thought in most people's heads when they first encounter ChatGPT. It's the thought that will cross most minds working at your help desk too. That thought may make it tricky to get them to take this technology seriously. The second thought that typically crosses employees' minds is the fear that it may take their job. This thought may show up early in a training session when employees may have been exposed to media accounts and/or ChatGPT already. But if employees don't show up for training with that second thought in mind already, they'll adopt it soon after they realize ChatGPT's potential.
