You know how ChatGPT predicts patterns? Let's talk about how to give it better patterns to work with. Let me start with a weak prompt, which would look something like this. Help me with my marketing. Now, a stronger prompt would be something like, write three subject lines for a product launch e-mail targeting small businesses, focus on time-saving benefits, here's the full details of my product, and attaching all those details. What's the difference between these two prompts? Well, the first prompt gives you an output like this, which is interesting, but not all too helpful, and I'm going to have to send a lot of follow-up messages to get anything useful. But the second prompt gives you this, which is already well on its way to helping me complete the task. So, the first principle I'm using here is to be specific.
