To use and activate the Code Interpreter feature, you go to the Settings, you select Settings & Beta then you select Beta Features and make sure that you switch the toggle first for the Plugins and Code Interpreter. For the moment, at the time of recording, Code Interpreter is only accessible to Plus users. So after activation, you can go here to select the GPT-4 model. So again, this is accessible to Plus users and in the dropdown list you're going to make sure that the code interpreter feature is checked like so. So as a reminder, you need to be a Plus user to access the GPT-4 model and the ChatGPT plugins including Code Interpreter.
