- Welcome to Module 4, System Hardening. In this module, we will discuss strategies to be able to strengthen the underlying systems that support Kubernetes. We'll cover minimizing the host operating system footprint, being able to implement pod security standards, as well as to be able to reduce external network access, kernel hardening, and optimizing identity and access management roles. These lessons will teach you how to build a very resilient and secure Kubernetes infrastructure, and more importantly, they'll make it much more difficult for an attacker to take advantage of your system.
