- Hello, and welcome to lesson 11. In this lesson, you'll learn about ingress and gateway API. This lesson starts with an overview of options to manage incoming traffic. Next, we'll explore ingress components, the ingress controller, and how to install ecosystem ingress controllers, as well as the minikube ingress controller. Once a controller is running, we can talk about using ingress, and you'll learn how to configure ingress rules. Once you have a decent understanding of ingress, we'll cover gateway API. I'll tell you what it is and how to configure it, and you'll learn how to use gateway API to provide access to applications. We'll have a look at network troubleshooting. At the end of this lesson, you'll find a lab to practice your skills.
