- You need a framework for your projects. Let me explain. A framework is a structure that guides your efforts to deliver project outcomes. And trust me, it will come in handy. Well, guess what? The PMBOK has its own framework. Yes, its very own framework. It looks like this. I want to draw your attention to the models, methods, artifacts, and deliverables. We'll start by defining them. First, models are thinking strategies to explain processes, frameworks, or phenomena. For example, leadership models, change models, et cetera. They help explain how things really work.
