AI as a service (AIaaS)

AI as a service (AIaaS)

- [Instructor] AI is proving to be a powerful tool in facilitating cloud computing security, but it is also showing up as a weapon against the cloud controls. In the LLM world, there are two AI workloads that need protection. The training model is composed of curated data that may be petabytes in size and millions of dollars of computing power. This allows the model to learn to predict outcomes and give answers that mimic the human brain's neural network. The integrity, accuracy, and privacy of the data must be maintained. There are explicit AI attacks such as model poisoning, that aim to impose dangerous outcomes on AI-generated systems that an organization needs to be on guard against. The inference model builds on previous learning to engage with the world in production, allowing it to both generate new materials such as video and art, and classify, and recognize existing materials. It's important for monitoring to take place that can detect and guard against unexpected outcomes…
