They do know who you are, which organization you're with, and why you're calling. So how do you turn this conversation into a secured in-person meeting? The answer, make a high impact statement confidently, and you will convert attention into an appointment. In this video, I'll show you two strategies for making high impact statements about your nonprofit, which is step four of the six-step telephone track. There are two approaches, sharing a story of impact or asking an agreeable question. When sharing a story of impact about your nonprofit, start your statement by addressing the prospect you are speaking with, then clearly state how your nonprofit makes an improvement through programs offered.
