Designing a brand template
- [Instructor] So now that we've created a brand kit for The Lakehouse, the next step is to begin building a brand template for that Lakehouse. So jumping over to Brand Templates, you can see that Canva is going to tell us brand features work best when collaborating in a team. And sure, if you are working with other people, absolutely, create a team and then invite those team members to collaborate with you on that team template. That is the whole point of working with brands in Canva. If you are working with other people, it absolutely is better when you create a team. But if you're like me and work solo a lot of the time, you don't have to. You can just click on the Create Brand Template down below and then choose the size or the type of presentation, or document or asset that you want to create. So I'm going to choose the option Presentation 16:9, and that's going to open up that untitled design in Canva for you. Now off to the left, you might not see anything of use just yet…
