Barriers to salary raises

Okay, so what if I go and tell this company that this is what I make, and then they just want to stop talking to me. And I'm like, okay, here's the thing, you know what? In the interview process, let's just normalize the fact that you're probably going to go and you're going to apply to some jobs that just aren't in your salary range. And that's okay. It's okay.
