Ive just completed the Business Finance: Introduction to Financial Modeling course. It provided a solid bridge between basic Excel and strategic decision-making. Key takeaways for me were the practical applications of insource vs. outsource models and lifecycle costing. I now have a much better handle on performing sanity checks for NPV accuracy and using sensitivity analysis to stress-test assumptions. The focus on creating flexible, well-documented models means I can now build tools that are both functional and easy for stakeholders to follow.
