- Ethical behavior in the work environment is getting considerable press. Social media has provided a new broad platform for people to report ethical issues. As a result of the reaction to these issues and movements such as "Me Too," our degree of sensitivity to behaving ethically needs to increase. The practice boundaries for ethical behavior are changing. We need to understand the boundaries of what's offensive hasn't changed, but the boundaries of when people will speak up has. It's easy to get caught unaware in this change in social acceptability, as Andrew discovers in this scenario. - Hey, Andrew, what's up, - Bob, I want to know, when did the goalpost change?
