Predict ethical issues

- Rarely does an ethics issue come out of the blue. There are typically warning signs that help you predict potential issues. Knowing those can be useful to ensure you and your team maintain ethical integrity. Let's look at those warning signs, which are often present but aren't always obvious. This is because people who are being unethical usually try to cover their tracks, so you need to look carefully. There are three areas where warning signs can be found, systems, processes, and people. Look for things in those three areas that just aren't right. Mismatches, exceptions and using tools and processes inappropriately are typical indicators of compromised ethics.
