- We've talked about transparency and leading and communicating. This scenario shows two different views of transparency. First of what Alan didn't do, Alan did something without being transparent while trying to help his managers. Second is a manager acting with transparency in their communication with clients. - Hey, Bob. - Oh hey, Larry. Hey, I've been meaning to ask you how did it go with Alan and that component he was building? - That's exactly what I wanted to talk to you about. - He didn't get discouraged, did he?
