- Innovation is all about taking new ideas and making them useful and valuable to users. Brady the BA hears this and thinks, wait a minute that's what I do. I take ideas usually about systems and processes and turn them into implemented solutions that are useful and valuable. BAs help organizations with changing from a current to a future state and making the future state valuable. We help define and implement new solutions or changes to solutions, and they absolutely better be valuable and useful. Without the solutions being valuable and useful we have simply built something that users don't want or may even be worse than before. This means that BAs are the link to making sure what's built is useful. So that's right, being a BA is all about innovation. Brady's onto something here.
