We've been talking a lot about setbacks, challenges and failures. But what about successes and wins and times when you've overcome challenges? If there's one skill that overachievers are notoriously bad at, it's celebrating wins. In the fast paced environment that we live and work in, it can feel like the finish line of one goal is just the starting line of five more goals. And it's a superpower to have an internal drive to move toward bigger and better things, but to be resilient through difficult moments, you have to refuel your resilience tank when things are going well. By acknowledging and celebrating when you succeed, no matter how small of a success it is, you increase your ability to push through when things aren't going as well.
