This is a person you've chosen to be a part of your team and owning that relationship makes it easier to own your own interactions with them. But what do you do when the relationship wasn't your choice? We've all had coworkers that we just didn't click with because of personality conflicts or different working styles, or sometimes just because it can be hard to pinpoint the problem.
