- Have you ever participated in a training course thinking it's a game changer; only to realize it doesn't fit into your work culture or family way of life. For example, my new habit might be to check my emails less at the weekends, but if my colleagues are used to me responding at the weekend, then it's likely it won't work. In the last video, we introduced the idea of an accountability partner. Let's now build on that so that work and family support our new habits. So when changing your digital habits, think of those it will impact and draw up some simple guidelines. These are typically called charters and are flexible frameworks for new ways of working. Discuss it with those that will be impacted to help get buy-in from them and focus on the why. So let's do a work example now. Let's look at only having one screen for certain video calls.
