First, make sure that you are sending from or admin email addresses all match and are coming from where you want them to. Next, you can use a website like mxtoolbox.com to make sure that your email address has not been blacklisted. Ensure that whatever plugin or tool that you're using has emails enabled. Some may have the option to disable all emails or certain emails from sending. If you have any other plugin that also sends emails, try disabling it or deactivating it, to see if that one is also causing a conflict with the plugin from which you are trying to send your emails.
